About Miners Haven:
I loved this game… I really did. My friends and I got the four pack and we liked the game at first. The combat was simple but the more skilled weapons had a higher skill cap than most people expected. While my friends soon lost interest in the style of the game, I kept playing. I kept playing this game through it’s peak. I remember back when to be considered good you actually had to know how to reliably use parkour moves. But the golden ages are FAR gone. Idk really what started it, I remember the game picked up alot of trolls, but if you play any game long enough you’ll make friends and enemies so I ignored it, even when others didn’t. But despite the fact that myself and a few loyalists kept playing, and well the servers kept getting smaller and smaller until it just wasn’t fun anymore. The game wasn’t fun back than for the same reason it isn’t fun now. Murder Miners doesn’t have many game modes, or many public servers which really gimps it’s already limited play style. Further more if you do find a server it’s hard to play seriously. I played in a few servers today before posting this review (i went through about 6 hosts in an hour) alot of them would end the game early, most of the time to disband the server. Because I (not to try and sound douchey) dominated the competion. It isn’t fair to put new players at this game in a match with somebody who’s played it for hours (i think my hours must have been reset, any of my friends can tell you I’ve played way more). I mean this game does want a pro-face right? At one point a player that i recognized from the past came on for 1… count it 1 game. I’ll admit when the person came on for that game it was super fun. Sadly because of how the community is now we didn’t even get to finish. When he was at 47/50 kills and I was at 45/50 (the next player had less than 25 I wasn’t really watching him). the host ended the game early. Normally I would have been mad… but when you play this game, expect hosts to BM if you start beating them.
